I think it is safe to say that cancer has touched all of our lives in one way or another. On this episode of Walsh Wednesday: The Reflective Series, I talk about some of my experiences on how cancer has affected those around me, specifically my friend Liam, my mother, and my aunt Ann. Later, I get to talk with my friend and colleague Nick Liporace, Senior Community Development Manager with the American Cancer Society in Latham, New York. Together, we go into the efforts of the ACS during 2020, and what the pandemic means for research and awareness for cancer and other treatments for the future!
