Prior to the pandemic, there was such a high demand for nostalgia- content harking back to a simpler time, a time we could escape to and enjoy. And when the pandemic came, the demand skyrocketed. This pandemic was unprecedented, and people wanted to find sources of normalcy to get through the dark days ahead. People reminisced and turned back to familiar and comfortable things. Regardless, our desire to do the things we loved with the people we loved again was prevalent in any means we tried to connect.
