For the first episode of the new year, I have one of my best friends, Shannon O'Hara. Shannon and I go back to high school, and we took part of our school's music department, being involved in choral groups and theatre. Where I went into the music industry side, she went into music therapy. She is currently a music therapy intern with The Louis Armstrong Center for Music and Medicine in New York City.
